The groundbreaking for Keen Studios in Chelsea was April 4th, 2007.  It has 14 affordable artists units.

The "classic development process"  as it often applies to live/work projects, is shown on the Art Space Development Chart pdf, below.  The keepers of the classic process are the bankers, planners, architects, lawyers and contractors who are used to a pattern much like the one laid out.
