ArtistLink's following list of 'Featured Projects' in no way represents that ArtistLink is the developer of any of these artist space projects. ArtistLink is a technical assistance initiative for artist space developers and in no way is financially involved with any of these projects, unless a project has received a Predevelopment Recoverable Grant from ArtistLink. ArtistLink provides technical advice and guidance to artists, developers, and municipalities around the development of artist space, but should not be credited as the primary project proponent on any of the projects on the 'Featured Projects' list.

The following list of ‘featured projects’ captures the development of an artist space efforts in Massachusetts which ArtistLink is providing technical assistance on. The real estate world is fast moving and ever changing, and the status of development of the following ‘featured projects’ changes daily. ArtistLink does its best to keep these pages updated, but can not be held responsible if a project becomes temporarily misrepresented on this website because the page is temporarily outdated.
