Finding Commercial Property to Develop or Lease

If you are looking for space specifically developed for artists, be sure to check out artspacefinder and our Artist Specific Searches page.

Before you look for a commercial property that you might want to develop, you should assess your building needs. (link to assessing your needs)

Searching for a suitable building might be very difficult and take a very long time, given any number of obstacles (price, zoning). Be persistent and be willing to have a few failures.
