Finding Commercial Property to Develop or Lease

Before you look for a commercial property that you might want to develop, you should assess your building needs. (link to assessing your needs)
Searching for a suitable building might be very difficult and take a very long time, given any number of obstacles (price, zoning). Be persistent and be willing to have a few failures.
