The Multiple Lisiting Service
All residential properties that are currently listed are available to the public now through many different web sites. All properties are listed on something called the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Basically, all real estate brokerage companies will give you access to the list through their web site, and you can easily search for properties in your area.
They might try to entice you and say that only they have the right to this information but it is not true, everyone can see the list of every house being sold. Hence you can just find a typical brokerage web site that represents your area and you can see the list through their web site. Here’s a few example sites:
