Seek Legal Council
Once you have the results of your inspection and a copy of the drafted Purchase and Sales Agreement (P&S), you should seek legal counsel. The attorney will change the language in the P&S so that it is more buyer-friendly. The attorney will review your home inspection, condominium documents, and make recommendations regarding renegotiating the purchase price or clarifying information with the seller. The attorney will help you negotiate until you can sign the P&S.
